I had a bad experience with a car retailer previously, so I was very apprehensive about my recent purchase of a Renault Megane. However, LEADA Motors reassured me throughout the process. When I raised a minor issue, it was rectified immediately and without any fuss.

I came from Scotland for the car and I was updated the entire way with videos before hand so it wasn't a wasted trip. He's not a pushy salesman like you find at other places just an honest guy selling honest cars.

We had a great sales experience. Joe is a lovely lad, not pushy or anything that you get from usual garages. He sent us a video of the car beforehand as we were travelling from an hour away. The car was exactly as described and in amazing condition for its age. We were able to put our carseat in too, which was useful to see how practical the car was for our toddler.

We agreed a fair price on the vehicle.I also wanted the vehicle delivered to my property as I lived far from the car dealer. I did not view the car before but it was exactly as joe described.
